Léopold Germain Senghor, a student from the 2nd edition of the FIFA/CIES Programme in sport management organised with Université Cheikh Anta Diop (UCAD) in Dakar, has been elected as vice-president of the Fédération Internationale du Sport Universitaire (FISU) during the 34th General Assembly of the organisation held in Lausanne (Switzerland) on 8 November 2015.
It is worth noting that Léopold had also been appointed as the Director of Physical and Sports Activities (DAPS) at the Ministry of Sports and Associative Life in Senegal a few weeks previously.
Best wishes for success to Léopold for his new work in support of Senegalese and world sport.
