PURPOSE OF THE CONFERENCE
The conference aims at promoting the resolution of sports disputes through CAS mediation. The conference also explores the legal framework, the practical aspects and the perspectives of mediation in sports disputes, both from a practical and an institutional viewpoint.
INTENDED AUDIENCE
Law practitioners interested in or practicing mediation and sports law; delegates and in-house counsel of sports Federations; and all other persons interested in mediation in sports disputes.
VENUE AND LANGUAGE
The conference will take place at the Auditorium of the Olympic Museum in Lausanne and will be held in English and French with simultaneous translation to the other language.
CONDITIONS AND REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee for the seminar is CHF 300 (free of charge for CAS members). The fee includes access to the conference, conference materials, lunch and all-day refreshments.

Registrations will be accepted based on their effective date and provided that the seminar fee be paid by April 15 2014.
Cancellations are not possible after that date.
