Three graduates of the FIFA/CIES Programme in sport management organised in cooperation with Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) have recently been rewarded with success in their professional or sport careers.
Mohlala Mopeli from Lesotho will attend the 54th International Session for Young Participants which will be organised by the International Olympic Association from 15 to 30 June in Greece.
David Gaga has been appointed Administrator of the “Eastern Cape Windbreaker” basketball team which plays in a South African national league.
Finally, Xolile Klaas has been promoted to Assistant Manager at the Department of Sport, Recreation, Art and Culture in the Chris Hani District Municipality.
They all emphasised the role played by the Programme in sport management in this important stage of their respective career.
