Kepa Larumbe Beain, a student of the second edition of the URJC / FIFA / CIES Programme in Spain, has been appointed the new director of the legal department of the Real Federación Española de Fútbol (RFEF). A lawyer by training, he entered the service of the RFEF in 2005 where he has served until now in the function of Head of Disciplinary Committees.
