Lukasz Stupka, an alumnus from the FIFA/CIES Executive Programme in Sports Management organised in cooperation with Kozminski University (KU) and Narodowy Stadium in Warsaw, has just been appointed as Head of International Scouting at Górnik Leczna.
He will be responsible for recruiting players for the senior and junior teams at Górnik Leczna, who play in the first division of Polish football (Ekstraklasa).
The KU/FIFA/CIES Programme gave Lukasz much satisfaction. “It gave me a new perspective of how to successfully manage a team. I could also access a broad network of people who I met during different course events. As a result, our knowledge of the football market in particular benefitted. It was certainly a great decision to enrol onto this Programme.” said Lukasz.
