On the initiative of Universidad San Martín de Porres (USMP) and Sebastián Rubio, CIES coordinator in Peru, students who are currently participating in the 2nd USMP/FIFA/CIES Programme in sport management, recently made a study trip in Argentina.
The journey allowed them to enjoy academic activities and field visits. For example, the participants could meet their fellow classmates at the Universidad Católica Argentina, attend two lectures on event management and specific issues related to sport law, as well as discover the surroundings of the clubs Atlético Boca Juniors and River Plate.
The FIFA/CIES International University Network welcomes this motivating initiative which will certainly continue in future years of the FIFA/CIES Programme in South America.
