We were delighted to learn that Víctor Villavicencio has been appointed as Deputy General Secretary of the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF) and member of the CONMEBOL Legal Committee.
Víctor, who attended the UCA/FIFA/CIES Programme in sport management, is also head of the law module for the same Programme taught at Universidad San Martín de Porres (USPM) in Peru.
