The Universidad Metropolitana (UNIMET), CIES partner since 2010, has just launched the enrolment procedure for the 6th edition of the FIFA/CIES Programme in sport management (Diplomado Internacional en Gerencia Deportiva) organised with the support of Gerencia Deportiva Internacional (GDI) and its subsidiary GZ. Classes will start in September 2015.
The FIFA/CIES Programme allows people from various professional and sporting backgrounds to familiarise themselves with modern management tools in key areas such as sport marketing, sponsorship, law, management, communication, finances and event management. Adapted to regional and national requirements, it also offers the opportunity to attend lectures given by international experts invited by FIFA and the CIES.

Organised in Venezuela thanks to GDI’s pioneering spirit, the FIFA/CIES Programme is currently offered in 16 countries, namely: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Egypt, Lebanon, Palestine, Peru, Poland, Russia, Senegal, South Africa, Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, the United Arab Emirates and Venezuela.
