A Senegalese visit to CIES!

Dr. Abdoul Wahid Kane, Professor at the University Cheikh Anta Diop of Dakar (Senegal), recently visited the headquarters of the International Centre for Sports Studies in Neuchâtel.

He had the opportunity to meet and exchange views with CIES staff on issues related to the governance and the sociology of sport.

Furthermore, Dr. Kane made the most of the "treasures" in the CIES library to develop certain aspects of his current research.

CIES is very pleased by the visit, which strengthens its ties with its academic partner in Senegal.
