About the programme

The FIFA Master - International Master (MA) in Management, Law and Humanities of Sport is a one-year programme that combines top-class academic teaching and practical case studies supplemented by guest lecturers and field visits. The programme is based on four distinct modules, which are undertaken at three of Europe’s leading institutions.

The FIFA Master is organised by the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES) in cooperation with three universities, De Montfort University in Leicester (UK), SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan (Italy) and the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland).

Established in 2000, the FIFA Master was created to go far beyond classic management education. As an interdisciplinary course, it develops managers who combine knowledge, practical know-how and the open-mindedness required to navigate a sports industry that is evolving faster every day. The programme is continuously adapted to emerging challenges, from the integration of artificial intelligence to the critical human reflection needed to understand the contemporary world of sport.
