ABOUT THE FIFA FOOTBALL EXECUTIVE
PROGRAMME FOR MAs

The Football Executive Programme for MAs is the direct result of a desire on the part of FIFA, in particular its Member Associations Division, to meet the management training needs of senior football managers and officials of the different FIFA's member associations.


The content of the programme covers all the areas in which the executive functions of large sports organisations must evolve in order to ensure their proper functioning. The programme is structured around six to eight thematic modules which could be delivered face-to-face or online depending the situation.

As academic partner of FIFA, CIES has been asked to design, develop and coordinate the programme: instructional design, definition of the curriculum, selection of the academic leaders, assessment, technical and administrative coordination.
