FIFA Master anniversary year begins with 25th edition class welcome events in the UK
Students selected from around the world to be part of the 25th anniversary edition of the FIFA Master were welcomed by representatives from CIES and the course partner universities during a special opening ceremony held in glorious English summer sunshine at De Montfort University (DMU), Leicester, on Monday 16th September.
CIES Director and IOC Executive Board Member, Prof. Denis Oswald was joined by CIES Council of Foundation President, Pierre Cornu, along with Scientific Directors from DMU, SDA Bocconi and the University of Neuchâtel for a busy day of induction sessions with the new postgraduates.

This will be followed by the second module in Sports Management held at the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milano. Then finally, the class will move again for the Sports Law module at the University of Neuchâtel Law Faculty in Switzerland. Overall co-ordination is provided by the Centre International d’Etude du Sport (CIES) and the course is endorsed by the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA).
