Beatriz Loducca Sivieri
Current Position: Commercial Strategy & Planning Trainee – FIFA
Year of Graduation: 2024 (24th Edition)
Nationality: Brazilian / Italian
What does your current role involve?
I currently work at FIFA as a Commercial Strategy and Planning Trainee within the Commercial Partnerships team. My role involves supporting various revenue-generating projects across multiple verticals—ranging from sponsorship and business intelligence, to gaming. I am responsible for contributing towards assets creation, tracking and allocation, market research, strategic analysis, and project management, contributing to the development of new partnership opportunities and the refinement of FIFA's commercial strategy.
A key part of my work is helping structure and commercialize sponsorship programmes for tournaments such as the FIFA Futsal Women’s World Cup 2025, Club World Cup 2025, FIFA World Cup 2026 and the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027. I collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure our commercial assets are aligned with partner objectives, while also working on long-term planning and innovation for fan engagement, brand activations, and legacy programmes.
Which aspects of the FIFA Master course have helped you most in your career?
The interdisciplinary nature of the FIFA Master - blending humanities, law and management - gave me a holistic view of the sports industry and the confidence to navigate its complexities. The course helped sharpen my strategic thinking and communication skills, while the network and international exposure provided daily lessons in adaptability and teamworking. The deep dive into sport governance and rights delivery has been especially relevant in my day-to-day work at FIFA.
What advice would you give to future students?
Be present and open - academically, socially, and professionally. This course is not just a master’s degree, it’s a social journey as well as an immersion in global sport. Take full advantage of the cultural diversity in your class, challenge your views, enjoy what each of the three cities where the course is based have to offer, and build genuine relationships.
