What does your current role involve?
I work as the Esports Series Manager at Ferrari. This is a role I have held since March 2023. My primary responsibility is to lead and shape Ferrari's esports strategy, aligning it with the brand's legacy as a leader in racing and luxury.
Operationally, I oversee the Ferrari Esports Series, one of the most successful sim racing esports competitions globally. This includes managing the competition's structure, ensuring its smooth execution, and collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain and enhance its reputation within the esports community.
Which aspects of the FIFA Master course have helped you most in your career?
The FIFA Master truly opened my eyes to different perspectives on how we view sport, particularly football, through its various modules and the diverse cultural backgrounds of my classmates. I entered the programme with a narrow mindset and certain stereotypes, but by the time I graduated, I had developed a more comprehensive point of view and enriched myself with a global perspective.
What advice would you give to future students on the course?
It’s already a miracle to bring together thirty people from diverse backgrounds from all over the world. What’s even more incredible is that, for the duration of your time on the FIFA Master, you will immerse yourself in discussions about the most beautiful topic—sport—every single day! Embrace the experience, and it will become the most remarkable point in your career and the most unforgettable timestamp in your life.
