South America: new FIFA/CIES Programme graduates
Many FIFA/CIES Programme students were awarded their diplomas in December during ceremonies organised in Peru, Chile and Argentina.
Over 80 students received their diplomas after attending the FIFA/CIES Programme Programme for more than six months at Universidad San Martín de Porres in Lima (Peru), Universidad Santo Tomás in Santiago (Chile) and Universidad Católica Argentina in Buenos Aires.
The faculty of the partner universities and the CIES scientific coordinator emphasised the excellent level of the students as well as the quality of their professional and sport profiles making for dynamic and enriching discussions in class.
“What a pleasure to observe that our activities in South America and on other continents have made it possible to train talented managers, ready to invest their new knowledge of sport to enhance its performance and make it more ethical” commented CIES President Bertrand Reeb.
