Success for a NMMU graduate in Nigeria
Toyin Ibitoye, who completed the NMMU/FIFA/CIES Programme in Sport Management last September, has received the famous "Nigeria Pitch Award", which honours the best “football” journalist in Nigeria.
The jury decided to reward Toyin’s style and quality as a presenter, as well as its unbiased approach to issues related to Nigerian football. According to the Awards organisers, the TV show that he produces and presents on Channels Television from Monday to Friday night has become a reference point for all those interested in the development of sport, especially of football, in Nigeria.
The members of the FIFA/CIES International University Network congratulate Toyin and wish him many successes as a presenter and sport-lover.
