Success for an alumnus of the FIFA/CIES Programme
The Football Federation of Peru (FPF) has recently appointed Víctor Villavicencio Mantilla, alumnus of the FIFA/CIES Programme at the Universidad Católica Argentina, as the FIFA "contact point" for all concerns related to result manipulation and match fixing in Peru.
This appointment is all the more important as match fixing represents the greatest danger for the integrity, reputation and credibility of all sports worldwide.
Víctor is currently the FPF Technical Secretary for disciplinary procedures, doping and dispute resolution. In addition, he is the teaching supervisor for the law module at the Universidad San Martín de Porres which is the CIES academic partner in Peru.
