USMP/FIFA/CIES International Programme holds Integration Day 2025
The Integration Day of the FIFA/CIES International Programme in Sports Management, organised by Universidad de San Martín de Porres (USMP), was recently held on the university's campus at Santa Ana (Lima).
More than forty students and alumni attended the event, which also included two lectures.
The first speaker was Luis Carillo Pinto, President of the “Asociación Peruana de Marketing Deportivo”, who presented the case of DAZN at the FIFA Club World Cup 2025. His lecture was followed by a lively question-and-answer session during which the students showed great interest and participation.
Alberto Masías, representing the Club de Fútbol USMP, then gave a motivating talk focusing on the development of new talent in sport. His message was very well received by the participants and prompted some valuable reflections on the role of future sports managers.
To round off the day, a football match pitted students against alumni, followed by a lunch which helped to further strengthen links between the different generations of graduates.
Congratulations to USMP and the excellent Peruvian team for this inspiring initiative. It confirms the commitment and enthusiasm that the USMP/FIFA/CIES International Programme community continues to generate.
