FIFA Master Alumni - Where are they now? - Sašo Belovski

FIFA Master Alumni FIFA Master
01 January 2026

Sašo Belovski

Current Positions: Managing Director at SuperHalfs, Board Member at RunCzech & Founder of Sport Exchange Market

Year of Graduation: 2008 (8th Edition)

Nationality: Macedonian

What does your current role involve?

In my running industry career, I organise the Prague Marathon and other running events across the world. I have the privilege to work, for example, with Adidas, which includes organizing a tailor-made running event at their HQ campus in Herzogenaurach in Germany. I sit on the Running Advisory Group of European Athletics, which makes me part of the European Running Championships and other European projects. I travel around the world, helping races to grow and improve, both in quantity and quality. My latest project is creating and building the SuperHalfs Half Marathon series, which I explain as the Champions League of Half Marathons, and which seems to be the hottest brand in the industry right now.

In parallel, I created 'Sport Exchange Market', a start-up that offers a fantasy stock exchange, where fans can buy and sell shares of their favourite football teams. This project brings back my original love for football, which now makes the beautiful game part of my professional life again.

How has the FIFA Master helped you in your career?

Even though I don't feel I am using the full potential of being a FIFA Master alumnus, at least not in a concrete and practical way, I sense that my name is, in any case, strongly associated with it and it resonates positively among people. This gives me pride and confidence, which eventually makes me better in anything I do.

I noticed that when I speak to people, such as journalists and media, or to business partners, they mention and ask about the FIFA Master. This demonstrates that even though I don't promote myself actively as an alumnus, people find a way to know about it and to appreciate it. Which in return, results with opening doors and access to information that otherwise one might not have.

What advice would you give to future students?

The day you complete the FIFA Master is probably the best possible moment in your life for directing your future as a young professional in the sports industry. Use that moment and become whatever you want to become. But be careful, many think, including myself in the months after the masters, that the diploma itself will do magic without you moving a finger. No. You should keep your eyes and ears open, you should work hard, and you should stay humble in your pursuit of a successful sports career.
